The table demonstrates information about metro systems in six capital cities of the world. Overall, it informs us about the number and length of the lines, the amount of journeys per year and the prize of tickets in each line.

Regarding to the number of lines, New York City Subway has the highest amount with a total of 24, followed by Beijing Subway with 19. On the bottom of the list is London Tube with 11 lines. Similarly, the longest one is New York City Subway with approximately 660 miles of rail. With around 100 miles, Tokyo Subway is the shortest underground system.

Turning to the number of annual journeys, Benjing Subway has the most with just about 3.5 billions, and than Tokyo Subway with about 3 billions. Mexico City Metro, Paris Metro and New York City Subway are the next with approximately 1.5 billions. And than the lowest number of journeys is in London Tube with just about a billion.

Finally, the priciest single ticket can be found in London for 7.3 dollars. Unlikely, at Mexico City where the price of a ticket is 0.23 dollars,
