The diagram illustrates the process of how smoked meats are produced to give off its significant taste and its longetivity through a home smokey.
Overall, the majority of the processes happens below the ground level while only the smoking of the foods happens beyond that limit. The home smokery is went through three main steps to produce the smoked products.
First of all, it starts with the entrance of air molecules into the underground structures by opening the lid. Then, the air fires up the logs, which were chopped and prepared beforehand, to produce large quantities of smoke.
Followed by the emission of the smokes, the gases go through a pipe to enter the box where the meals are hooked up in the top. Lastly, there are multiple bricks on the bottom for the smokes to pass through before smoking the meats to produce the well-known smoked goods which have distinct flavours.
