The diagram illustrates the process of a home smokey and its function. Smoked foods are very common now because of their special taste and long life.
Overall, this is undergoun process that consists of three steps, and that include air heating, logs burning and smoking at the final stage.
First step includes is air that comes from out, and then the lid of air colum is need to be half open, air flows down, and there it keeps teh fire from going out. At the upper side of fire are bunch of logs that need to be burn in order to get smoke from their burning and it is also closed with lid.
Between second and thred stage there is a pipe that play function of transporting smoke that comes from logs, and this flows through bricks and finaly reach the meat that hangs over bricks and all this is indoors.
