Overall, the consumption of margarine and butter decrease over the period given while low fats and reduced spread was increased. At first of the period butter was the most popular spread, at the middle margarine was consumed more widely spread but at last low fat and reduced spread was the most popular.
With regard to the amount of butter used, it start around at 140 grams and then rise to 160 grams over 1986 before falling dramatically in 2007. likewise, approximately 90 grams of margarine was eaten in the beginning of the year, after which the figure fluctuated slowly and drooped to a low to a low of about 40 grams in last year
On the other hand, the consumption of low fats and reduce spread was just started in 1986 about 10 grams. This figure reached a high period of about 80 grams after five years, fell slightly in the final years to approximately 70 grams in 2007.
