Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to formally complain about the students living in your apartment which is situated next to mine.
The main issue is that they invite a large number of people almost every evening. The noise level is unacceptable, and it continues untill early morning hours. Additionally, they leaves rubbish in public areas of the building which makes the environment unpleasant to everyone.
These actions have detrimental effect not only on the other occupants of the building but also on my family. I need to wakeup early in the morning for my work, but I usually feel exhausted because lack of sleep. Moreover, my daughter who has exams approaching finds it very difficult to concentrate in her study or complete her school tasks effectively because of the distraction caused by the noise. I tried talking to them on several occasions but, they have not been cooperative and the situation remains unresolved.
I would be grateful if you could speak with them about this problem, and reminding them of the building’s noise policy. If the problem persists, I will be left with no option but to escalate the issue further.
