Dear Sir/Madam,
I have seen a brochure for a one-week walking tour in the Alps and I am very eager to join the tour. However, I have some health concerns and I am writing to request for your suggestions in order to help me keep up during the tour.
I have always loved the mountains and wanted to try walking among them but unforunately, i never had the chance. I knew this tour was for long over due dreams, as soon as I took a glance at the brochure. Also, the tour period of one week is very ideal as this is exactly the length of my upcoming time-off from work.
Moving forth, I would like to gather more informations from you such as dates of the tour and the prices in details. As much as I am keen about the tour, I may definitely need these information to make the final decsion.
Most importantly, I am a little worried about my fitness level as I am an office person with no training in advance for such a tour or even a regular work out. Should there be any physical exercises I should do prior to the tour, please do recommend me. You are welcome to suggest anything else you can think of that would help me increase my fitness level in a short notice.
