Overall, at the beginning of the period the lion’s share of other kinds of books however by the end of the period this replaced by adult fiction. The share of children’s book increased gradually. Travel and biography books proportion fell down.
in 1972 the highest percentage started at 25% this showed by other books. this was followed by biography and children’s fiction at 20%. In the next two decades, the share of other books descended to 20% and adult fiction increased by 5%. Biography books fell down to 15% from 20%. By the end of the period most graphs witnessed a considerable downward. other books’ proportion dipped to 12%, book which related to travel showed a gradual dip it decreased to 10 % from 18%. biography books felt to 8% it was 15% in 1992. The percentage of children fiction experienced a minimal upward in 2012. it fell up to 3%.
By contrast, The share of adult fiction grew sharply. This graph began to 20% at the beginning of the period it rose to 5% in 1992 and in 2012 it witnessed considerable growth to 45% it increased by 20% by the end of the period.
