The given diagram illustrates the soft cheese production process in stages.
Overall, soft cheese production is a linear process, which contains 5 main stages during which the density of the mixture gradually increases through mixing, heating, filtering steps, beginning from combining water and milk and ending cooling the main outcome.
Production process stating from liquid form, that is mixing water and milk in proper specified container and directing to the 2nd container. In the 2nd container start cooling the liquid mixture to 5 Celsius, after keeping 2 hours in 2nd container liquid transfer to the 3rd one. In 3rd container start fermentation and the mixture kept at 37 Celsius in 6 hours and increase density of the compound. This one to third containers have mixing equipment to mix the mixture.
In the 4th stage the mixture subjected to evaporation at 100 Celsius throughout 8 hours and the 4th container has a valve to remove steam from the enclose container. After completion of 4th stage mixture transfer to the last and final container through a filter and in this container result soft cheese after complete 8 hours cooling and removing waste water.
