However , 3 years later, Ford surpass General Motor and became the slowest factory in producing vehicles, with the number increasing dramatically to nearly 32 hours per product, then declining again.
On the other hand, Toyota and Honda started with similar figures of 22 hours for their production times. Both companies had periods of fluctuations in the subsequent years, they also managed to reduce the amount of time to 20 hours per vehicle.
