In 1990, the percentage of Australian exported to Japan dominated the chart at approximately 27%, which was roughly higher than the figure for the United States. China and India had lower figures, at about 2% and 1%, respectively. In a special year, around 2007, China overtaken Japan and the US, reaching a peak of approximately 28% compared to the small changes in the statistics of the other three countries.
In the last year, despite some fluctuations, Japan still remained a gradual decline, at about 18%. China experienced an exponential growth and reached a peak of around 28%, becoming the most attractive export destination.
