The maps illustrate the layout of a conference center in 2010 and its current design. Overall, while the site was once largely work-oriented with limited facilities, it has since been redeveloped into a multifunctional complex offering residential, educational, and leisure amenities.
In 2010, the conference center was primarily designed for professional use. A large garden occupied the eastern section, next to a car park of similar size. At the top of the site stood a hall, directly opposite two small rooms in the northwest corner, all connected by a single entrance. At the heart of the center was another extensive garden, with the reception located adjacent to the hall and the rooms.
At present, although the hall, reception, central garden, and two rooms remain unchanged, the rest of the site has been significantly transformed. The former garden to the east has been cleared and replaced with a new car park and a residence hall containing 20 rooms. Along the southern edge of the layout, several new facilities have been added in sequence: an IT center, a canteen with a kitchen, and two meeting rooms. Meanwhile, the eastern side now accommodates a games room and a music room, providing recreational options for visitors.
