The image depicts two maps displaying road access alterations and infrastructural modifications surrounding a city hospital in the years 2007 and 2010. In 2007, the hospital is accessible via a single main road, named Hospital Road, running north to southeast, intersecting with City Road. Three bus stops are positioned along Hospital Road leading towards a solitary staff and public car park on the eastern section adjacent to the hospital grounds. By 2010, multiple structural adjustments are apparent: Hospital Road now features a newly added roundabout at each end, with a separate bus station introduced southwest of these roundabouts, indicating a separation from the main thoroughfare. Additionally, a dedicated staff car park is introduced south of the bus station, and the original mixed-use car park is converted exclusively for public use. A ring road circles the hospital, offering access routes to the updated parking areas and public car parks, emphasizing improved traffic flow and user access differentiation.

The two maps illustrate about how we can get to city hospital in the given period.
Overall, there was not a noticeable differences , just changed the location of some places. It is obvious that the bus station replaced from east side to south-western side hospital and added circular roads.
Firstly, car park underwent a remarkable change, it was devided by staff car and public parks, which the former one stayed in same place as in 2007 and latter one is replaced on the south -eastern side of hospital.
In 2010, the bus station was relocated to the behind of the city hospital and connected with the road.Whats more interesting, two roundabouts road are added with City road and City hospital ,which is connected with bus station.
