The image depicts two maps displaying road access alterations and infrastructural modifications surrounding a city hospital in the years 2007 and 2010. In 2007, the hospital is accessible via a single main road, named Hospital Road, running north to southeast, intersecting with City Road. Three bus stops are positioned along Hospital Road leading towards a solitary staff and public car park on the eastern section adjacent to the hospital grounds. By 2010, multiple structural adjustments are apparent: Hospital Road now features a newly added roundabout at each end, with a separate bus station introduced southwest of these roundabouts, indicating a separation from the main thoroughfare. Additionally, a dedicated staff car park is introduced south of the bus station, and the original mixed-use car park is converted exclusively for public use. A ring road circles the hospital, offering access routes to the updated parking areas and public car parks, emphasizing improved traffic flow and user access differentiation.

This image compares the city hospital road access in 2007 and its altered version in 2010. As you can clearly see there has been a few significant changes to the roads.
In 2007, the facility was very simple. It had a shared car park between staff and public, there was also a bus stop which was relatively close to the hospital but not ideal since it does not have its own area.
In 3 years, the improvements are really impressive. One thing that has been modified is that the staff and public have separate parking areas. Another improvement noticed is that there is a bus station near the hospital which makes it easier to access. The roads have also been improved with adding two roundabouts which were not there in 2007.
