The diagram describes how to make olive oil. Overall, raw materials are underwent eight main steps before becoming finished goods.

First of all, if the farmers want to harvest the olives, they need to use special rake to collect it from the high trees. Then, raw material will be delivered and stored in the warehouse with suitable condition from two to three days. Washing is the next stage of the process, when raw materials are washed with cool water after preserving. After that, olive stones are removed by the hammer in the crushing step and olive paste also created in this stage.

Following that, olive paste flows to the pressing and filtering machine, which uses hydraulic press to filter oil. In the next stage, water will be added in the centrifuge machine and responsible for spinning and separating oil. Bottling marks the final stage of the process before finished goods are transported to the store for the commercial purpose or others.
