Overall, making an olive oil involves a series of steps, starting with collecting from a tree with the use of rake and to exporting to different stores.
Initially, people used tool to gather fruits from olive trees then put it into the collective sheets, then stored in in a huge vat container for 2-3 days. After that period, fruits are washed thoroughly by using cold water then rolled and placed into crushing machine with three huge hammer to blend smoothly to separate olives stones which has separate container to olive paste. This tapenade will now go on to filtering and hydraulic pressing machine.
For the sixth step, the product continue to spinner and separating processor to release water from oil, subsequently pouring it in the bottles and sealed. Finally, the final product will transferred to truck vehicles and transported to different markets and sell in various locations.
