The presented flow-chart delineates the process of how sweaters are manufactured in garment factory in bangladesh.
Overall, it is a sixteen step procedure for making sweaters starting from stage 1 then step by step ending on a stage 16. In this whole procedure, After six steps there is a stage in which they check and find the problems. If there is any kind of problem occurs, the product sent back to the second stage. Otherwise, if everything seems fine the product automatically goes for next stage without any delay.
The stage one is to collect yarn, then in next stage it started winding and distribution of yarn, transferring from one package to another. Afterwards, the process of knitting of sweater panels start. Once knitting is done, the next two stages of knitting panels and linking pf panels, both required the online inspection. One by one it sent to onlne inspection team for checking. After that product goes through the trimming stage to remove extra threads from them. Then it sent to the light checking and mendling stage to find any kind of problem occurs. If it has any problem in making it sent back to the second stage. and if there’s no mistake it directly goes for next stage. In the next step, the process of making button hole on sweaters started.
Aftward these stages, the next 3 stages are for finalize the product by washing, labelling ,and ironing and then sent for inspection by the factory team. Afer that the folding and labeling starts to send again for final inspection stage. In the end the product is ready for shipment.
