The diagram describes how to make olive oil. Overall, olive oil production consists of eight main stages, beginning with by manual collection of olives and ending with the transportation botted oil to retail outlets. Through out the process, the olive undergo a series of mechanical treatment designed to extract and purify the oil.
First of all, the olive are harvested from the high tress by hand using a rake . Then, they are stored for in the vat from two to three days . Subsequently, the olive are totally washed with cool water to remove impurities before being transported to a crusher, where they are crushed to produce a paste. At the same time, the olive stones are separated and stored in the container.
Following that, olive paste flows to the pressing and filtering machine, which uses hydraulic press to filter oil. In the next stage, water will be extracted from the oil in the centrifuge, where the oil spanned to form pure olive oil. Bottling marks the final stage of the process before finished goods are transported to the store for the commercial purpose or others. In the final strategies, the purified oil is botted and then transported by track to the stores for commercial distribution.
