This bar chart compares the average housing costs in suburban, rural, and urban areas since 2005 to 2015.

In 2005, urban housing was the most expensive at 175000$, at the middle cost was suburban housing at 125000$, and the most affordable housing was rural, with the average price of 75000$.

By 2015, housing prices had sharply risen in all three categories. Urban housing almost doubled, reaching 325000$, while rural housing showed the smallest increase,rising to over 125000$. However suburban housing was still at the second place and increased to 275000$.

Overall, urban areas constantly had the highest housing prices,while rural accommodation costs stayed the most affordable option. The most noticeable growth in costs made up urban areas, highlighting expanding gap in housing affordability between regions and time periods.

The data suggest a general trend of rising house prices over a ten-year period, which is the most amazing changes observed in urban areas.
