The bar chart show compares the number of international students in three different countries namely:USA,UK,and CANADA in the years 2010 and 2020.
Overall,all three countries experienced an increase over the decade . The highest figures top of the list in both yearsv,while Canada had the lowest . However, the UK saw the most significant growth and closed the gap with the USA by 2020.
In 2020,The USA had the largest numbers of international students at around 250,000,followed by the UK made up approximelty 200,000. In conrast ,CANADA had the lowest figures just around 150,000.
By 2020, all three countries saw growth, but the increases varied. The USA’s figure rose modestly to about 290,000, maintaining its leading position. In contrast, the UK saw a much sharper rise, reaching nearly 230,000, significantly narrowing the gap with the USA. Canada also experienced a substantial increase, with the number climbing to roughly 180,000 — equal to the UK’s figure in 2010. While the overall ranking stayed the same, the differences between countries became less pronounced.
