The given image illustrates the process of formation of ethanol fuel from corn.
This procedure is carried out in eight different steps, starting from storing where corn is collected and stored. Next the corn is forwarded to milling stage where corn is converted into flour and sent for cooking, which take 4 hours and it is the stage where water is added into corn flour. Moving forward, this mixture is forwarded for fermenting that consume 45 hours of the whole procedure. After fermenting, seperation take place where solid – by product is seperated from liquid. Liquid is sent for purifying and it is the step where ethanol is produced and forwarded for storing and then transported to different fuel stations for usage.
In conclusion, this whole procedure have 8 total steps and each have its own value and consume different time that help to produce ethanol from corn and then it is finally transported to public.
