It is noticeable that, women had spent more time comparison with men.
It can be clearly seen when who were jobless spent time doing houseworks more than others, it shows 7 hours in 1985, and it stayed stable at the end of the year 2005, but it had a little drop to 6.5 hours during 1995. Women who worked part-time and full time spent on housework chores approximately 5,4 and 2 hours respectively in 1985 and those numbers increased slightly to 6 hours and roughly 3 hours.
Men who had full time jobs spent less time doing houseworks compared to women. Although the was an increase in the number of hours that men doing housework from 1985 to 2005, around an hour, between 1985 and 1995, but this number became 1.5 the end of the period.
In conclusion women spent on houseworks more time than men.
