Graph shows clearly that the most physically active age for men is between 15 to 24, with 52.8. The lowest percentages displayed in the chart, which is 39.5% is in the group of males ranging from 35 and 44. While physical activity is high among men who are 55 to 64 age, 65+ year olds are slightly more than them, with 46.7.
In the women category, we can see that gals aged from 45 to 54 are the most physically active among all other age groups, including men and women, at 53.3. During the ages of 35 to 64 women’s body activities basically remained steady, with minor changes. In the older age, from 65 and over, female physical activity dropped significantly to 47.1.
Overall, graph displays that men are most active in their early twenties while women are active in their middle thirties to early sixties.
