The given bar graph compares the men and women of different ages living in Australia who did physical activity on a daily basis by 2010.
Overall, the proportion of Australian men of the ages from 15 to 24 did more regular physical activity than Australian women of the same ages. In contrast, Astralian women of the age groups between 25 and 64 had done more physical work than Austalian women, except the age groups of 65 and over because both Australian men and women contributed the same percentage of regular physical activity.
From 15 to 24 years Australian men, the ratio of physical activity was 52.8%, while that of Australian women was 47.7%. Following that, the age groups from 25 to 34, women’s figure stood at 48.9% and men at 42.2%.
From 35 to 44, 45 to 54, and 55 to 64 age groups women were involved in more physical activities on a daily basis, ans the percentage increased to 52.5%, 53.5%, and 53%, respectively. Meanwhile, the figure for Australian men declined to 39.5%, 43.1%, and 45.1% for the same age groups. The age groups between 65 and over did relatively same physical work, the share for the men was 46.7% and for the women was 47.1%.
