Overall, it is visible that female had higher results than male in all cases exeption of 15 to 24 group. 35 to 64 years old women did a lot exercises with near 53 percentages and men did a lot regular physical activities in 15 to 24 with 52.8.

Initially, the percentage of regular activities was 47.7 in women agedv15 to 24, after that there was slight rise to 48.9 in 34 years female . Later from 35 to 64 years the amount of exercises increased markedly to 53.3.

Concerning to men, the best score was 52.8 after which figure declined dramatically to 39.5 in men aged 35 to 44. Up to 54 years old the score was improved to 43.1. In both of male and female had almost same score with about 47 in over 65group.
