The given bar graph compares the proportion of money spent on household expenses by different income groups. Overall, middle and high income groups mostly spend their income on housing , as opposed to low income families, who allocate most of their money for food. While the least attention is given to education by low and middle income groups, more advantaged part of society spenda lowest amount of money on healthcare.
To commence with, low-earning groups invest the largest portion of money on getting food at 35%. The second most common expenditure is on housing which accounts for 30%, almost twice as high as the proportion of healthcare at just over 10%. Although middle income families spend less money on food and housing than disadvantaged ones, they also allocate most of money for these demands at 35% and 30% respectively. Spending for other household needs, namely transport, entertainment adn education comprises 11% on average for low-income group, the latter being the least common one. Similarly, middle income group sets only 15% of their money aside for transport,higher than portion of money for entertainment. This segment of society spends the same amount of money on education and healthcare with the lowest percentage at 10%
When it comes to affluent groups, they mostly care about housing to which they spent 30% of their income .While entertainment and education expenditure takes approximately 20% of their money, high income families do not allocate as much money for food and transport at under 15%. The least important household spending for wealthy group is healthcare at 10%, same as for the middle group.
