The bar graph presents the comparison between the various factors affecting the work performance of two age groups: adults (18-30) and seniors (45-30) at a specific major company.
Overall, the aspect which has the most impact on work performance of the adults is the chance for personal development followed by the relaxed working premises. While Job security has the lowest influence for both generations among the other factors. Team spirit and money is almost the same for both age groups.
Chance for personal development, working environment and promotion prospects has shown the significant difference between the adults and the seniors. For the 18-30 age group it has recorded up to almost 90%, 80%, 80% respectively and for the 45-30 age group it has shown the percentage to just under 40%, 35%, 50% respectively.
Six elements which has almost same proportion in determining the work performance of both generations is Team spirit, Competent boss, Respect from colleagues, Job satisfaction, Work environment and Money with the record of approximately 60%, 55%, 40%, 50%, 30% and 70% respectively.
