By 2020, the proportion of people commuting by car had risen significantly to 55%, an increase of 15 percentage points. In comparison, bus use fell from 30% to 20%. The percentage of people who walked to work also decreased by half, reaching 10%. However, cycling experienced an increase from 10% to 15%, although it remained less popular than travelling by car or bus.
