Overall, the country gains the most from Petroleum Products and Engineered Goods in both years, with little changes in increase. Textiles, however, despite the fact that contributes the least in terms of earnings, surprisingly climbs its values the most in the 2 years period (15,24%).
Regarding the earnings in 2015, Petroleum products and Engineered goods make up the largest proportion, with the former slightly over 61 billion dollars and the latter around 57 billion dollars. Gems and Jewellery is in the middle, with about 43 billion dollars and it’s followed by Agricultural products and Textiles, at around 31 billion and 27 billion dollars.
In 2016, Engineered Goods increases its worth 8.5% and continues to share the lead with Petroleum products, with about 63 billion dollars. Gems and Jewellery declines 5.18% in value but protects its place as the 3rd most earning items. Agricultural goods climbs 0.81%. The worth of Textiles dramatically increases, with just over 15%, yet it stays as the least profitable goods.
