Focusing on women first about 18% of women did no exercise, while those in 25-34 age group constituted just above 30%. The just over 30% of 35-44-year-old women followed sedentary lifestyle, whereas the percentage of women followed this way made up approximately 37%. The majority of women who did no exercise were women in 55 or over age range composing more than a staggering 40%.
In contrast men in all age brackets amounted less proportions than women. The 18-24-year-old men who had a sedentary life made up more than 10% of overall number of males. Just over 20% of men who did no exercise were in 25-34 age range, while around 27% of those aged 35-44. 45-54-year-old men doing no exercise constituted more than 30% of overall percentage of men, whereas the biggest proportion was compounded by men aged 55+, at about 37%.
