Overall, the involvement of age group 35 to 45 as a average job tenure were higer in 1985 in both countries.

In 1985, the involvement of the europen in a specific job age from 25 to 34 was for 5 years. Later, in 2015 it has declined to 4 years. Whereas, people from 35 to 45 group was highly involved in one job for 7 years in 1985 but it went down to 6 years in 2015.

In the USA the total participation of the adult from 25 to 34 in one work was for 4 years. In 2015 it has decreased to 3 years. Age 35 to 45 have highly involved for 6 years. However, it has reduced to 5 years in average.
