The chart gives figure that in Europe in 1985 among 35-45 years age group the average time that people worked on a single job was 7 years, which is the highest number out of all chart. On the contrary, the lowest number from the given data was 3 years, among 25-34 age group in the USA in 2015.
It is also worth mentioning that in 1985 and 2015 in Europe and the USA in the 25-34 age group the average years in one job were concentrated between 3 and 5 years. However, in the second age group from 35 to 45, numbers were different from 5 to 7 years average time on one job.
