The graph illustrates the expectancy of change of youth in Europe in the following twenty years in five different aspects of life.
Overall, young people believe that areas including health, air, water, and food quality will deteriorate in the next years, while people’s communication is expected to improve.
The majority of young people are doubtful about the improvement in air quality in the next 20 years, only 23% of individuals think that it will be improved, and the rest 77% disagree with this. 40% of those surveyed young people expect to see a rise in water quality, whereas 60% of them say the opposite. Simultaneously, 42% of survey participants trust that they will see a health improvement on the contrary others have disbelief.
The one area that most youth feel optimistic about is people communication, with around 64% of them saying it will improve and the rest saying the opposite. Nearly half of the survey participants are convinced that the quality of food is going to witness an increase, on the contrary, more than 50% of young people think that it will worsen.
