The bar chart illustrates literacy rates between men and female in seven regions

Overall,it is obvious that the significant difference between males and females know how to read and write.In Central Asia and Central Europe,the percentage of man and women is nearly equal compared to other parts.

In Central Asia and Central Europe,almost 100% of citizens is competent in literacy which is the highest figure in the chart.The rates are slightly lower in East Asia and Latin America where more than 90% people are literate

There is a greatest difference between males and females in South and West Asis,the literacy rates of man reach around 80% and around 60% for women.The lowest result is in Sub-Saharan Africa,the percentage of men educated rate just over 60% and nearly 60% in women.

To sum up,the literacy vary among regions and the number of males is higher than females in all areas.
