Overall, it can be seen clearly that Central Asia hit the highest point of the literacy; In contrast, Sub-Saharan Africa had the lowest point. While South and West Asia had a disparity of people male and female who know how to read and write.
In 2014, Central Asia hit the outstrip point with 100% people who were literacy; following by Eastern Europe with about 100%. With East Asian, male was higher than female with over 95% and female was about 95%. In Latin America/Caribbean had a slightly difference between literacy of males and females; male reached about 95%; however, female just about under 95%.
Looking at the chart in more detail, Arab States had a significant disparity proportion between male and female who are literacy; while male had 90%, female just under 80%. Following by South and West Asia with just under 80% for male and lower for female with 60%. The last proportion was Sub-Saharan Africa and this region also hit the lowest point with 75% for male and under 60% for female.”
