First of all, there was a nearby competition between Japan and France but Japan took the lead with 28 stars where France was at 27 stars. United States also contributed 14 stars in the data. Germany was also at 11 in 2017. China included Hong Kong and Macau were at 10 stars while there was a constant number in the country Italy and Spain which holds 9 stars each.
