The bar charts given depict the online consumption of different kinds of devices at the beginning of 4 months in 2019.
Overall, it is evident that all types of devices experienced fluctuations over the period given. While there was an upward trend in the number of laptops, the opposite was true for those of tablets and smartphones in 2009.
In January, there was an average of nearly 30M spent on tablets, compared to only around 18M on smartphones. Within one month, similar trends can be seen in both figures for tablets and smartphones, which were doubled their former numbers. Moreover, a number of tablets stabilized at over 60M in March, whereas those of smartphones increased steadily, reaching a peak of 70M in the same month. At the end of the period, both of those figures experienced a downward trend by 30M.
In addition, the proportion of laptops started at 50M, after which it saw a gradual decline until it hit the bottom of nearly 25M over a span of three months. However, the figure then witnessed a significant growth of 25M, before ending the period at over 50M, which accounted for the most used device.
