The provided bar chart compares the information about the proportions of whole world population in India,China,USA and Japan between 1950 and 2050.
Overall it can be seen that the highest rate of population was in China while lowest ratio of population was in Japan. Only India shows an upward trend over the period of 100 years.
Looking at the information in more detail, it clear that the proportion of population was 50% in India in 1950 and then it will slowly increase to just above 2% in 2050.Moreover,the proportion of population in China stood at above 25% which highest all time compared to other countries’ populations. After that, there will be a drop to just under 20% in 2050.
On the other hand,it appears from the graph that the rate of population in the USA began at 10% in 1950; then there was a decline to almost 8%.Next,it predicted that the proportion of population will remain stable in 2050.Furthermore,the rate of population was 5% in 1950 in Japan.Afterward, it slowly dropped to about 8% and then it is estimated that Japan population will decline to almost 6% in 2050.
