Overall, we could see that the Uptown housing had the highest prices at the start of the given period, followed by University park, Waterfront and Downtown respectively. While at the end of the given period, University park lead the chart with Uptown, Waterfront and Downtown following in order.
At the fiscal year 2005, Uptown topped the chart with the housing prices, coming in at $275,000. Comparatively, University park home prices were $200,000. But after one decade, property values had an increase to about $225,000. While in contrast, Uptown took a nose dive and was at $175,000. These two areas had the upper half with the prices out of the four.
While, the other two areas had a different story. In 2005, Waterfront had the cheapest price in housing with $140,000 to its name. Whereas, Downtown area stood at $175,000. But in 2015, Downtown area had a massive dip to $100,000, making it the cheapest out of the lot in 2015. However, we can see that Waterfront only had a tiny decrease compared to Downtown, which stood at $135,000 after a decade.
