The bar chart provides information about dependence of business success on 5 important factors according to people surveyed in the USA and in Europe.

According to the survey, the success of a business depends on how the business is managed the most in the opinion of both Americans and Europeans. But for Americans Personality of the Director is equally important.

About 40 % of people surveyed think this way and for the US the equally important factor is personality of the director (38%) but for the European people it is not as important ( 20%) . National economy factor takes the second place for the US ( 18% ).

The lowest percentage (about 5%) is the political situation factor that influences ability to succeed for the US while for Europe. it is about 15% and it is the second to the lowest one. The lowest number for Europe is External factors ( approximately 7%)
