The two diagrams illustrate the amount of rainfall in hot desert climate grasslands in the years 1980 and 2000.
Overall, it can be observable that in 1980 there was a higher amount of precipitation in all of the months, when the smallest value was just above 150mm in July, compared to 20 years later, when the largest amount was 53 mm of rain in July, August, and November.
Regarding the precipitation in 1980, it is noticeable that spring is the season with the most precipitation, with values around 300 mm, after which there is a dramatic drop during the summer, when the amount of rain is just surpassing the 150 mm mark. After this drier season, autumn and winter have mostly constant rain, around 250 mm.
Conversely, in 2000 the months with the least precipitation are February, March, and April, and there is slightly more rain in the summer. However, there are considerably smaller fluctuations between the months compared to 1980, as in 2000 the smallest number is 47 mm, and the highest is 53 mm, whereas in 1980 the two extremes are 160 mm and 325 mm.
