This bar graph reveals the difference in rainfall between 1980 and 2000 in desert grasslands.
The levels of precipitation is effect by the nature of the season. In 1980, there was heavy precipitation of 250-350mm in the Winter and Spring, but it dropped in the hotter months. The rain picks up as Fall comes. In 2000, we can see the shift in the overall trend of the rainfall. The amount of rain drops in the start of Spring but start raising near the end of it and at the start of Summer.
The overall rainwater amount has decreased throught the year, with 1980 receiving at most 300-350mm while 200 receiving a measly 53mm. The trend has also differed between the two years, with 1980 showing gradual decrease in Summer and picking back up in latter seasons. But 2000 doesn’t define a clear trend, with rainwater differentiating in-between seasons.
