The proportion of males and females enjoying leisure time is presented in the graph below, during the period from 1996 to 2006. Additionally, the bar chart shows the percentage of males and females who visited different places in 2006 as well.
It appears that females gradually spend more time on leisure during the period, with a decreasing percentage of males. 30 percent of the females were willing to visit the beach in 2006 when the lowest percentage of females arrived in the KTV. At the same time, the pop center had the highest proportion of males, with the least of the males visiting the cinema.
Even though the proportion of males enjoying leisure time is more than that of females during the period, the percentage of visiting places in 2006 is different between males and females. There are higher percentages of males in the pop center, museum, and KTV, which proportions between males and females are almost likely to be similar in the museum.
By contrast, females had higher percentages than males in cinema and beach, which both of them reached to at least 25%. Furthermore, the proportion of males for the beach is closer to that of females.
