Overall, the proportion of females who are fluent in foreign languages is higher than that of males in all countries except Thailand. While the proportions of females in India and Romania are the highest, the lowest share is recorded for men in China

Firstly, the percentage of females who are fluent in foreign language in India and Romania were the highest, at roughly 68% and 65%, respectively.
