The bar chart provides information about the number of people aged between 25-35 and 55-65 who joined six different types of clubs at a leisure centre in a small city.
On the whole, it is clear that youngest age group more involved in physical activities such as cycling, fitness, arts and crafts, and dancing, whereas the gardening was more popular among the oldest age group.
To begin with young people, whose showed the largest number in terms of physical activities compared to their counterparts, cycling was the most popular pursuit with around 65 members, which was more than six times higher than the figure for the older group. Ranking the second and third, Arts and music consisted almost identical amounts of 55 and 60 members.
On the other hand oldest age group participants were only dominant in gardening, just over with 50 attendees. As for cycling and crafts, they were nowhere near, making it the least favoured activity with around 10-20 people. When it comes to physical activities such as photography, fitness, and music, they were approximately equal.
