Overall, the most expensive housing costs in 2005 and 2015 was in urban area, followed by suburban and then rural area.

In 2005, average costs for housing in rural area was $75,000 while property in suburban area was slightly higher compared to rural area at $100.000. Among rural and suburban, there was urban area with the highest housing costs at $150.000.

Interestingly, the costs for housing in three major living areas were increased significantly in 2015. Rural area, which housing costs was at $75.000 in 2005, spiked to at $125.000 in 2015.
