Overall, urban has the most expensive housing compared to rural and suburban with average prices touching upto 300,000 dollars in the year 2015.
During 2005, the mean housing price in rural and suburban was 75,000 and 100,000 dollars respectively while, urban house touched 150,000 dollars , an increment of 50,000 dollars compared to suburban house.
In 2015, the average house in rural region reached one hundred and 125,000 dollars and suburban saw a huge leap from 100,000 dollars in 2005 to 275,000 dollars in 2015. During this time urban housing is still expensive compared to the other two regions.
Altogether, we continue to see increase in pricing for all the three regions with urban being the costlier option. Suburban housing is catching up with urban housing with a difference of only 15,000 dollars.
