The given bar graph displays the average price of housing in three different regions for two different years. As can be seen, all of the prices in these three regions have constantly grown.
Regarding provided data, the housing cost in these regions have gone up at different levels.
As was mentioned, the costs across all areas inceased to different extents. It is obvious that costs of suburban regions have grown most significantly. To elaborate, With a price of 100 thousand US dollars in 2005, it went up to 275 thousand dollars in 2015 with a rise of almost 300 percent.
In comparison, the costs for rural areas grew from 75 thousand in 2005 to only 125 thousand in 2015 with the least significant rise of approximately 65 percent. Lastly, Urban regions have the highest prices of housing, nevertheless the change in costs is less significant than in suburban areas, with a steady growth of 100 percent.
