China’s property prices rate was 2% in 2007, being lower than Algeria’s and Argentina’s rate. Then, it rose to just above 4% in 2008. China’s house price increased steadily to the end of the period, reaching a high-point of the values in housing of just over 6% in 2010. In comparasion , Algeria’s price housing decreased significant over the 4 year. To be exact, the rate of price in 2007 was at its highest point with just above 6%, and then decreased dramaticaly over the following two years and reached around 3% in 2010.
With regard to Argentina’s property growth rate, at the beginning of the period, it was just over 3% and went up to about 5% in the following year. The figure dropped dramatically to roughly 1,2% in 2009 before increasing to almost 2.5%.
