The bar chart compares the proportion of increase in average property prices in three different countries (Algeria, China, and Argentina) in 2007 and 2010.
Overall, while property costs in China and Argentina had a general rise, the figure for Algeria decreased totally. Notably, even though the prices for China was least in the beginning of period, it recorded the highest in the end.
As for China and Argentina, they had a total increase. They both experienced significant rise from 2% to 4.3% and from around 3% to 4.8%, respectively by 2008. After plummating to about 1.2% in 2009, the share of Argentina’s property prices grow slightly to 2.3%. Meanwhile, the percentage of property costs rose steadily and finished the period with 7%, which was the highest figure in the timeframe.
