The bar chart provides information about how average property prices rose in percentage among Algeria, China and Argentina between 2007 and 2010.
Overall, China experienced rapid growth in standard property prices, whereas there was a dramatic decline in Algeria. Argentina’s general home prices dropped significantly, although there were some fluctuations during the period.
In 2007, Algeria made up approximately 6%, however, there was a sharp decrease to just above 3% in typical housing prices in 2009. From then on, it remained steady at 3% by 2010. As for China, the prices was the lowest at just 2% at the beginning of the period, but its percentage in property went up dramatically to about 6% in 2010.
Where Argentina is concerned, property prices fluctuated significantly between 2007 and 2010. At first, prices were just above 3%. From then on, it jumped to around 5% in 2008. However, they experienced a steep drop to about 1,5% in 2009. Argentina recovered slightly their prices to approximately 2,5% in the final year.
